We are so confident that the skin lightening works that we are prepared to give you your money back if it does not. We have thousands of happy customers and we try our best to ensure that every customer is satisfied with the products.

Try the product for 90 days and use as instructed 2 - 3 times a day every day. If it does not work for you then all you have to do is send us 2 time stamped clear photographs, one taken before using the product and one taken 3 months after using regularly as instructed. Simply send these to our email address and we give you an RMA number and return address to send the empty bottles, box and your proof of purchase/receipt. Please contact us before you send anything back to us so that we can give you a Returns Authorisation Number. Any products sent back without a Returns Authorisation Number will not be refunded. You must contact us within 14 days after your 90 days are up. Your 90 days start from the day you place the order. Please note that your "before" photograph must be received by post within 14 days of placing your order otherwise your guarantee becomes void. This is because if we do not receive your "before" picture before you start using the product we have no guarantee that the picture sent was taken before you started using the product.

We do not accept returns if they are sent before the 90 days. The products work very effectively over 99% of the time and only in some very rare cases do they not achieve the desired results. Very occasionally, as with any change in use of skin care products, there is a small risk you may have small spots temporarily. This is just your skin reacting to the change of product usage on your skin. We do not offer refunds if you stop using it and want to return it after you have used it for less than 3 months.

This guarantee only applies to the Nur76 Advanced Skin Lightening 3 in 1 and no other products. Only one product refund and guarantee per household.

Once you have met these conditions of guarantee, you will be refunded the purchase price of the product.

Refunds will be made as a Paypal payment into the same Paypal account as the original payment, this may incur a fee. Any other refunds will be paid by UK cheque to the original purchaser. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

In the event that your purchase does not reach you in perfect condition, simply return it to us within 7 days of receipt and we will send you a replacement item.

You should always consult your doctor before using any new products on your skin and we cannot be held liable for any misuse of the product or use without medical consultation.
